Is this a franchise?

No. The EZ Charger Authorized Operator Program is a partner model — not a franchise. You operate under an authorized-operator agreement with defined territory rights, partner pricing on hardware, and access to our platform. The specific terms and structure are walked through during scoping.

What does it cost to get started?

Startup investment varies by territory size and initial kiosk footprint. We scope your starting unit count during the partner call so the number is grounded in your actual region — not a one-size-fits-all buy-in.

Do I need prior charging or vending experience?

No. The strongest partners so far have come from vending, ATM, event production, hospitality, and experiential-marketing backgrounds — but direct charging-industry experience is not required. What matters is operator mindset and local network.

How are territories defined?

Territories are defined by metro area, zip-code cluster, or custom boundary — whichever fits your region best. We'll map it together during scoping and document it in the partner agreement.

Can I run my own brand on the kiosks?

No. Authorized operators run under the EZ Charger name and brand. You benefit from the established brand recognition, venue trust, and proven positioning that the EZ name carries — it's one of the reasons the partner model works.

What kind of ongoing support is there?
